Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

Navigate to your admin dashboard, by clicking the “You” in the top right corner and then clicking “Admin Dashboard” for your organization. If you are an admin of more than one organization make sure you click the one with the event you want to work on.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Manager Toolkit

Navigate to the "Fundraising" tab and click on the Events link. From there, click on the “Manage” button under the event you’d like to download registrant information from and you’ll be taken to your Manager Toolkit.

Step 3: Download the Registrant CSV

Click on the "Registrants" section of your Manager Toolkit. Click on the link that says “Download CSV” and a .csv of your registrant information will be sent to your email. A .CSV file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Mac Numbers, and other spreadsheet programs.
