Step 1: Navigate to your Admin Dashboard
Click the “You” in the top right corner and click “Admin Dashboard” for your organization. If you are an admin of more than one organization make sure you click the right one you want to work on.
Step 2: Navigate to your Giving Day Dashboard
From the Overview Tab of your Admin Dashboard, click on the Giving Day button and follow the prompt for the Giving Day that you are participating in.
Step 3: Manage Your Donations
From the More Actions section of your Giving day Dashboard, select the Manage Donations link.
Step 4: Apply Your Match
Within your donations dashboard, select the Actions button next to the online donation you'd like to apply to your match, and click "Add Match." From there, a pop-up window will appear in which you can select the Match you're looking to apply to the donation. Once you've chosen your match, just click Add Match! After your match has been applied, a corresponding offline donation will be created for the matching dollars, and the progress of the match will reflect the manually applied gift.
