Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

Click the “You” in the top right corner and click “Admin Dashboard” for your organization. If you are an admin of more than one organization make sure you click the one with the event you want to work on.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Giving Day Dashboard

From the “Overview” Tab of your Admin Dashboard on, click on the “Edit Profile” button from the Giving Day banner highlighted below. 

Step 3: Manage Your Sponsored Matching & Challenges

From your Giving Day Dashboard click the "Manage Sponsor Matching" link under the sidebar to the right of the screen.

Step 4: Deplete Your Match or Challenge

From this page, click the "Deplete Match" button on the match or challenge you'd like to exhaust.

Once you click this button, you will see a window asking you to confirm that you would like to have all remaining funds applied as an offline donation. Click "Ok" and the match or challenge will be exhausted and no longer active on your campaign.
