When an individual's payment is missed, the system will try a total of 8 different times to charge the card. If it fails after the 8th try, the system will stop trying to charge the card.

Unfortunately, our system does not notify the donor that the transaction has failed. The way to notice this is within your reports.

For example: if you are running a report once a week, when you receive that report you will see that the individuals transaction has failed 8 different times. You will have to then notify the individual that the transaction has failed and update their information.
