Once your organization has registered for the Nonprofit Directory, you may see different statuses attached to your administrative dashboard: Pre-pending, Pending, Submitted, In Review, Approved, and Ineligible. Below is a breakdown of each status!

Pre-pending

The Pre-pending status is automatically applied to each organization after you complete the registration process for the Nonprofit Directory while the Community Foundation of Collier County reviews your information. During this status, you will not have access to update or create your organization's profile.

Pending

Once the Community Foundation of Collier County has confirmed that you are a nonprofit operating in Collier County, your organization will be placed in the Pending status, and you will have access to complete your full organization profile. Your profile will not be publicly visible on the Nonprofit Directory until it is approved.

Submitted

After you complete your organization's profile and you click the "Submit profile for review" button, your organization will automatically be placed in the Submitted status. Your profile will not be publicly visible on the Nonprofit Directory until it is approved.


In Review

While the Community Foundation of Collier County reviews your submission, your status will change to In Review. Your profile will not be publicly visible on the Nonprofit Directory until it is approved.


Approved

Once the Community Foundation of Collier County has reviewed your profile, your organization will receive the Approved status. Your organization profile will now be visible on the Nonprofit Directory for users to search.

Ineligible

If the Community Foundation of Collier County is unable to verify your organization's information or if your organization does not meet the requirements of the Nonprofit Directory, your organization will have an Ineligible status. You will not have access to edit or update your profile.
