Once you have entered your bank account information in GiveGab and it has been verified, it becomes locked in so that no one can make any changes to it without the consent of the organization representative.

If your banking information does need to be updated, the organization representative must make a request to do so by emailing customersuccess@givegab.com. Only the person listed as the organization representative is authorized to request these changes.

A member of the GiveGab Customer Success team will follow up with you and ask you to re-submit your bank account information using a secure form. Once your new bank account information has been updated with Stripe, donation transfers should resume within 2-3 business days.
