Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
Click "You" on the top right corner of your page on GiveGab and from the drop down menu, select "Admin Dashboard" for the organization you'd like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to your Enhanced Supporter Profile
From the "Overview Tab" of your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Engagement Tab" and select the "Supporters" link from the dropdown. From your Supporters Dashboard, click on the name of the supporter you'd like to message to access their supporter profile.
Step 3: Send Your Message
From their supporter profile click the "Message" button to customize your email message and subject. Once your message is ready to send click the "Send" button and it will automatically be emailed to your supporter.
If your supporter replies to your message, it will automatically be sent to the email address that you use when logged into GiveGab!
