Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
Click "You" on the top right corner of your page on GiveGab and from the drop down menu, select "Admin Dashboard" for the organization you'd like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Engage CRM
From your organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Engagement” Tab and select the "Supporters" section. From the "Supporters" section, click on the name of the donor whose contact information you'd like to update to access their supporter profile through the Engage CRM.
Step 3: Apply your Custom Filters
To search by tag, click on "select tag" and type in a tag or use one from the drop down menu if there are previous tags.
To search by specific attribute or custom property, click the "Add Search Filter" button and select your desired filters. Then fill in the specific attribute you'd like to search for and click the blue "Search" button to view your results.
Step 4: Export Your CSV Report
From the supporters section of your Engage CRM, click the blue "Export CSV" button at the top of the page.
After successfully exporting the CSV, there will be a confirmation next to the "green buttons", and your custom report will be sent to your email!
