Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
Click "You" on the top right corner of your page on GiveGab and from the drop down menu, select "Admin Dashboard" for the organization you'd like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to the Engage CRM
From the "Overview Tab" of your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Engagement Tab" and select the "Supporters" section. From the Supporters section, click on the name of the donor who made the gift you'd like to record to access their supporter profile through the Engage CRM.
Step 3: Record Donation
From their supporter profile, click the "Record New Gift" link above their Donation History to document their donation. Once you click "Record New Gift" you'll be directed to this form where you can enter the donation amount, edit privacy, and attribute it to a specific campaign or fundraiser by selecting from the options in the drop down menu. Once you've added the gift information click "Save" and it will automatically be reflected on their supporter profile on the Engage CRM.
